A real Coolum Beach warehouse

Pickup is available from Unit 2/88 Quanda Road, Coolum Beach QLD 4573. Friday pickup is available from 9am to 12pm. Other pickup times are available by appointment because Dom is often out making deliveries.

Secure payment through Shopify

Our online checkout is provided by Shopify. Payment information is encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment systems; The Bamboo Warehouse does not receive your full card number.

If your bank asks you to verify a purchase, check that the amount and merchant details match your order. If anything looks unfamiliar, call Dom before approving it.

Clear delivery and pickup arrangements

We offer Coolum Beach pickup, personal delivery across eligible parts of South-East Queensland, and Australia-wide freight by quote. Bulky-product delivery availability and cost depend on the products, postcode and unloading requirements.

If checkout does not recognise your postcode or does not show a suitable option, please call us. It can be a delivery-zone limitation rather than a product-availability problem.
