Shipping policy

The Bamboo Warehouse offers pickup from Coolum Beach and local delivery across South East Queensland.

Pickup from Coolum Beach

Pickup is available from Unit 2/88 Quanda Road, Coolum Beach QLD 4573.

Friday from 9 am to 12 pm is our regular warehouse pickup time. All other pickup times are by appointment. Please call Dom on 0447 626 689 before travelling if you are coming outside the regular Friday hours.

South East Queensland local delivery

Local delivery is available across South East Queensland, including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Noosa, Gympie, Ipswich and nearby areas.

Our standard South East Queensland local delivery option is currently $80 where it is available at checkout. The delivery charge shown at checkout applies to your order.

Delivery dates and times are arranged directly. If your order is time-sensitive, please call Dom before ordering so we can confirm what is practical.

Outside the standard delivery area

If checkout does not show a delivery option for your address, call Dom on 0447 626 689 for a custom freight quote before ordering. Freight availability and pricing outside our standard delivery area must be confirmed separately.
