Returns and change of mind

Return requests for change of mind must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item. The customer is responsible for return freight for change-of-mind returns.

Returned items will be inspected before any refund is approved. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns of bulky panels.

Faulty goods and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The customer-paid return freight requirement and the 15% restocking fee do not apply to faulty goods or claims under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, we will provide the remedy required by law.
